Refund and rescheduling policy

We want every booking to happen. If your plans change, here is exactly what to expect — no fine print.

About the advance

Every Rosae booking is confirmed by an advance (amount shown at checkout, varies by theater). The balance is paid at the venue on the day of your slot. Refunds (if any) apply to the advance you paid.

If you choose to pay more than the advance amount online, we treat any extra amount the same way as the advance for refund purposes.

Cancellations within 5 days of the slot are not refundable because the slot is held for you and we typically can’t rebook it in time.

The reschedule charge is calculated on the slot price, not the advance.

How to cancel or reschedule

  1. WhatsApp — send "Cancel <booking ID>" or "Reschedule <booking ID>" to 6361729855.
  2. Email [email protected]
  3. Profile page — log in at /profile and use the Bookings tab.

Confirmation is sent within 4 hours during business hours (10am – 1am).

When refunds are processed

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
  • For UPI and cards, the bank may take additional days to credit.
  • For cash payments at the venue, we issue a UPI refund or a credit voucher — your choice.

When Rosae cancels (rare)

If we have to cancel a booking for any reason — theater unavailable, power outage, technical issue — you get either:

  • A 100% refund (advance + any partial balance paid), or
  • A free reschedule to any future available slot, or
  • An upgrade to a higher-tier theater for the same date if available, at no extra cost.

We notify you at least 12 hours in advance whenever possible.

No-shows

If you don’t arrive within 30 minutes of your slot start time and have not contacted us, the booking is treated as a no-show. No-shows forfeit the advance and the slot.

If you are running late, please WhatsApp us immediately — we will hold the theater up to 30 minutes from the slot start.

Disputes

If you disagree with how a refund or reschedule was handled, email [email protected] (or [email protected]) with your booking ID. We respond within 7 days and aim to resolve within 30 days, in line with our privacy policy grievance process.

Can I get a refund if my plans change last minute?
See the refund table above. Within 5 days of the slot, no refund is issued.
Can I reschedule to a different theater?
Yes — and it is free if you tell us more than 7 days out.
What if Rosae cancels?

Is the advance transferable to another person?
Yes. WhatsApp us with the new lead booker name and phone number.
