What is Rosae?+
Rosae is a private theater venue in Koramangala, Bengaluru. We operate nine bespoke theaters with 4K screens, Dolby sound, and recliners or comfy sofas — built for birthdays, anniversaries, date nights, and small private celebrations.
How do I book a theater on Rosae?+
Browse our theaters at /theaters, pick a slot and a date, enter your details, and pay the advance shown at checkout to confirm. The balance is paid at the venue on the day of your slot.
How much is the advance?+
The advance amount varies by theater and is shown at checkout before you pay. It is small enough that you do not have to think twice, and large enough that it discourages no-shows. The rest of the slot price is paid at the venue.
When and how do I pay the balance?+
The balance is due at the venue, before your slot starts. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and cash.
Are there any hidden fees or taxes?+
No. All slot prices include GST. The only thing you pay online is the advance shown at checkout — the rest is the slot price minus the advance, paid at the venue.
Are there ongoing promotions or discounts?+
Rosae periodically runs promotions — usually on weekday afternoon slots and during quieter months. Check the homepage or WhatsApp 6361729855 for current offers.
How do I get an invoice or receipt?+
A GST invoice is emailed to you within 24 hours of your slot ending. If you need it earlier or with a company GSTIN, mention it at the venue.
Can I book back-to-back slots?+
Yes — book each slot separately. We will keep the same theater for you across slots wherever possible.
What happens if I am running late?+
We hold the theater for up to 30 minutes from your slot start. WhatsApp us on 6361729855 the moment you know — late arrivals after 30 minutes without notice are treated as a no-show.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Can I cancel my booking?+
Yes. Refunds depend on how far ahead you cancel — see the table on /refund-policy. In short: 10+ days = full refund, 7–10 days = 60%, 5–7 days = 30%, less than 5 days = no refund.
Can I reschedule? What does it cost?+
Reschedule is free if you tell us more than 7 days ahead. Between 5 and 7 days = 15% charge. Between 2 and 5 days = 20% charge. Within 24 hours, rescheduling is not allowed and the booking is treated as a cancellation.
Will my advance be refunded?+
Refunds apply to the advance you paid at checkout (and any additional amount paid in advance). Approved refunds reach your bank within 5–7 business days.
What if Rosae cancels?+
If we cancel for any reason — power, theater downtime, anything else — you get a 100% refund OR a free reschedule OR a free upgrade to a higher-tier theater for the same date if available. We notify you at least 12 hours in advance whenever possible.
Is the advance transferable to another person?+
Yes. WhatsApp 6361729855 with the new lead booker name and phone number — we will reissue the confirmation.

Where exactly are you?+
67 Jyothi Nivas College Road, 5th Block, Industrial Area, Koramangala, Bengaluru 560095. Five minutes from Forum Mall.
Is parking available?+
Yes — on-site parking is available, and there is additional street parking on the lanes around 5th Block.
How early can I enter?+
You can enter your theater 5 minutes before your slot start time. Earlier setup (for cake or decorations) is possible by request — WhatsApp us in advance.
Do you have washrooms?+
Yes — clean, well-maintained washrooms are on the same floor as the theaters.
Is the venue accessible for elderly or disabled guests?+
Most of our theaters are on the ground floor. If you have a specific accessibility need, WhatsApp us before booking and we will guide you to the right room.
Can kids attend? Are they charged?+
Of course. Children under 5 are not counted in the guest headcount. Older children count as one guest each.
Can we play loud music or make noise?+
Yes — the rooms are sound-proofed. Have fun.
Food & cake
Can I bring outside food?+
Yes — outside food is allowed, no charge.
Can I bring a cake?+
Yes. Bring it as-is or have a vendor deliver to the venue. We provide plates, knives, and candles on request.
Do you serve food at the venue?+
Not yet — we are rental-only on food today. We can recommend trusted local caterers and bakers via the vendor panel.
Can I order food in (Swiggy / Zomato)?+
Absolutely. Most guests time the delivery to land 10–15 minutes into their slot.
What you can play
Which OTTs can I use?+
Bring your own account for Netflix, Prime Video, Hotstar, YouTube, Apple TV, JioCinema, Sony LIV — anything that runs on Android TV (or Apple TV in BETA TESTING).
Do you provide accounts or movies?+
No — Rosae does not supply OTT accounts, downloaded films, or content. You bring the login, we bring the room.
Can I cast from my laptop or pendrive?+
Pendrives and laptop HDMI are not supported. Casting works via your phone (Chromecast / Apple TV) or by signing into the OTT app on the theater TV.
What is the screen size and quality?+
Most theaters run 4K with Dolby surround. Specific screen size and sound profile vary per theater — see the cards on /theaters for the exact spec of each room.
Decorations & extras
Do you provide decorations, cakes, or fog effects?+
Not yet — Rosae is intentionally rental-only on add-ons. We work with a small panel of trusted Bangalore vendors instead. WhatsApp 6361729855 with your celebration brief and we will introduce you, or apply at /become-a-vendor to join the panel.
Can I bring a photographer?+
Yes, no extra charge. We just ask that the photographer respect the privacy of other guests in adjacent rooms.
